If the product is used in accordance with the instructions in the instruction manual and the product is used indoors and in a normal manner, we will provide a replacement or replacement part free of charge.

Warranty period
Five years from the date of delivery of the product.
The warranty period for the replaced product will be the same as the warranty period for the original product (calculated from the purchase date of the original product).
Warranty Coverage and Conditions
The moving parts and adjustment mechanism are covered by the warranty. Please note that the following cases are not covered by the warranty.
Not covered by warranty
- Damage to items other than the product (walls, existing furniture, etc.), injury to people or animals, and any incidental damages such as mental harm.
- Damage caused by the customer's usage, whether intentional or accidental, such as cutter scratches, dents, or everyday scratches
- Damage caused by the customer's transportation or improper use (scratches caused by blades, dents, abrasions, stains, etc.)
- Failure caused by not following the precautions and warnings in the instruction manual, etc.
- The natural materials can cause warping and deformation, tearing of the mesh due to aging, scratches, sagging, warping, sun damage, cracking, discoloration, stains, and wear.
- Cracks, warping, and failures caused by direct sunlight, heating and cooling equipment, and other installation environments
- When used outdoors or in harsh environments (such as near water, kitchens, or bathrooms)
- Deterioration or changes in the product due to sunlight, humidity, and temperature in the customer's environment
- Breakdowns and damage caused by transportation, movement, dropping, impact, pressure, water damage, etc. after delivery
- Breakdowns and damage caused by improper repairs or modifications made by anyone other than us (or our affiliated companies), or tearing of stitching due to wear and tear of the fabric.
- Failures and damage caused by fire, earthquake, flood, lightning strike, or other natural disasters
- When used outside Japan
- Items purchased or transferred from a party other than our company
- If a malfunction occurs during commercial use (some products are covered by the warranty)
- Discoloration and damage caused by mold, dust mites, chemical reactions with the installation surface such as floors and walls, condensation, and moisture
- Any other case that is deemed by our company to be inappropriate for warranty coverage.
Other notes
- In order to confirm the location of the damage, we may ask you to take a photo of the area with a camera or other device and send us the image.
- If we are to replace a product covered by the warranty, the product must be returned to us. If a repair is required, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, repair parts costs, and labor fees.
- Product design and other details may be changed without notice.
- Please note that when repairing or replacing a product, we may use a substitute product that looks different.
- Depending on the situation, you may be required to cover transportation costs and other expenses incurred if on-site repairs are required.
- The warranty is valid only in Japan.
- If a part or product is not in stock, we will propose and provide an equivalent alternative.
