About assembly services

This is a service that allows you to assemble the MeVER Chair you have purchased. We will carry out the assembly, unpacking, installation, and waste (packaging) collection of the product.

STEP 1

Please select the assembly service option at the time of purchase.

STEP 2

Please enter your desired delivery date. We will assemble and install the product at the same time as the delivery.

STEP 3

Art Setting Delivery will contact you by 10:00 AM on the delivery date to arrange a delivery time. The delivery time will be determined after this call.

STEP 4

When the Art Setting Delivery worker arrives with the product, please tell us where you would like the product to be installed. We will even collect any unnecessary packaging materials after the work is complete.

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer circumstances

A missed delivery notice will be placed at the delivery address, so please contact us to request redelivery.
If we do not receive your contact, your package will be returned within about a week, so please respond as quickly as possible.

Precautions

  • Please note that we may not be able to provide this service in some areas.
  • Shipping is free (excluding some areas). Click here for details.
  • Please note that this service cannot be cancelled.
  • If you are a customer outside the service area and have purchased the service, our customer center (info@mever.design) will contact you.
  • The service fee will be refunded and only the product will be delivered.
  • We cannot accept individual purchases of services or additions after purchase.
  • For those considering large orders, we will provide a separate quote for service fees.
  • We can accept date requests from 10 days to 17 days after the order date.
  • If no time is specified, the items will be shipped as soon as they are ready.
  • We cannot install furniture that involves moving any furniture other than the items you ordered.
  • We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but please contact the delivery office immediately if you need to change the delivery date.
